I worked with Norma and was able to identify how my own “blocks” were preventing me from being successful. She helped me adjust my perspective and start to think about alternative solutions. I enjoyed her approach and though I was hesitant to move into coaching, her ability to make me comfortable and the successes I started to feel were well worth it.

From the moment I met Norma for my first coaching session, I was put at ease by her casual and inviting personality. It didn’t take long for this comfort to evolve into a constructive space for myself, where we partnered to guide my thinking toward my genuine goals. Often, the goal wasn’t what I expected, and I found myself shifting my own perception of success. With Norma’s help, one such shift helped me find the courage to leave my employer which resulted in finding a fantastic new role. Norma was fantastic to work with. As a former CFO who spent most of my career working for various corporations, making an adjustment to become a business owner took grit.
