Organizations are systems with unique cultures, rhythms, and people.  They are frequently challenged with how to make all those factors work in unison.  Having the right alignment within the culture helps the organization to circumvent the potential problems and allows for more productivity. Identifying and supporting the talent in your organization is key to its success.

I meet each organization where they are at.  My intuitive and analytical framework allows me to assess the “what” a company is asking for and the underlying issues that may be preventing that from occurring.  I am the one to ask the “why” and the “who” to better understand the nuances.  I am able to adapt and adjust to the tempo and culture allowing me to immerse myself while maintaining an objective outside perspective that can bring alternative ideas to the table as well as supporting the traditional needs of the organization.

I am able to become a “part of the organization” by listening, asking thoughtful questions and exploring how the dynamics of the company drive the people and the business.  By providing comprehensive pre-hire assessments I am able to help identify best alignment candidates and share insight into their strengths and opportunities.  Understanding how to develop leaders is key and my tailored verbal 360’s and developmental leadership assessments can provide key information.  Having an understanding of the company allows me to coach professionals to lead their teams and explore their own personal/professional growth.
