My coaching focuses on helping professionals to identify their unique style and explore how that has helped or hindered them personally or professionally.  Not being able to communicate effectively and perhaps being less self-aware than one thinks can contribute to less connection and impact as a leader.  Professionals who don’t feel heard or believe they are not succeeding as they can should learn to find their grounding through coaching.

My diverse work history and ability to see through a different lens helps me to provide unique insight into everyday issues.  I pride myself on “listening to understand” in order to help you create a clear vision with an actionable plan to meet or perhaps find your goals.  My years of being a practicing psychologist along with my passion for understanding people and organizations blend a set of skills that can meet your needs.  

I take a practical approach to problems in order to help others better understand their strengths and opportunities.  By incorporating one’s perspective through active dialogue and questions helps one to “play” with different ideas and explore options they may not have thought of.   Using humor, common sense and empathy I help to provide a path that can lead you to success.
